At the world’s leading HoReCa trade fair, EVOCA Group presented its wide range of products for the professional market, including the Gaggia Milano brand and the new Saeco Royal.
There were many good reasons to visit Host 2019, the world’ s leading event for hospitality and professional catering. And one of the most appreciated new developments by the many visitors who came to the fair was EVOCA Group’ s re-launch of the Gaggia Milano brand, which presented a brand new range of professional coffee machines. The key feature of the entire Gaggia Milano range remains the strong combination of innovation and tradition, enhancing the brand’s positioning as one of the main players in the international coffee sector.
But let’s take a look at the new models that won over the Milanese audience. La Reale – the top of the range brand entrusted with the task of writing an exciting new chapter in the legendary history of Gaggia Milano, has been enriched with the DFC model, allowing for Dynamic Flow Control. On this occasion, some premium roasters were able to experience the potential of the Reale DFC, in person, offering excellent coffee to the public. La Giusta – presented for the first time in the world, is a model that perfectly combines modern style with vintage taste, clearly linked to the aesthetics of the Gaggia Milano brand in the 50s, a period that established the brand as an icon of coffee. La Decisa and La Precisa – mark the completion of the traditional range with sophistication, ergonomics, practicality and reliability. La Radiosa – the Gaggia Milano brand’s first professional super-automatic machine was also very much admired, with its innovative EvoMilk technology that allows you to deliver hot or cold milk drinks that are always perfectly blended.
In addition to the Gaggia Milano brand products, EVOCA presented the main developments of the other brands of the Group. The Ducale product range has been expanded with a new and compact vending machine, which houses all the technologies of a high-end vending machine. This is the new Ducale City 300 TT, the first fully automatic Ducale Table-top machine.
Saeco, a brand that has always satisfied the taste of coffee for different lifestyles, has launched Royal, the OCS machine designed for small offices. Royal stands out for its modern and refined design and for its simplified interaction: the capacitive interface allows for maximum usability of the machine, facilitated by modern photo-realistic images and by an iconographic display that is clear and easy to understand. Thanks to the adjustable spout at different heights (from 75 to 160 mm), Royal can be used with a wide range of glasses and cups, thus meeting all the needs of the coffee break.
The EVOCA range was completed by the Necta super-automatic machines for Ho.Re.Ca. locations, and the filter coffee proposed by Cafection, capable of satisfying the drinking habits of an increasingly large audience worldwide.
This year the “world of coffee” launches two major initiatives: an online petition for coffee producers and a campaign that invites you to share your coffee time with loved ones.Read more
