Last week we were choc-a-block here at N&W. We were in Moscow with Vendexpo, in Melbourne with MICE and in Hamburg with Internorga, which ends today. We’ve already given you the low-down on Vendexpo, so let’s focus on MICE and Internorga!

The Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE) is the largest and most dynamic coffee event in Australasia; the go-to show to check-out the latest in coffee technology and services. In short, it’s Coffee Lovers’ Paradise. MICE 2015 (13-15 March) featured over 100 national and international exhibitors, but as usal N&W stood out from the crowd.

The pride of our Horeca range, we showed the beautiful, super-automatic coffee machine Karisma. Characterized by its elegant and head-turning contemporary Italian design, Karisma was much admired, as were Koro fresh milk, Korinto fresh milk and Krea, the ideal solutions for hotels and other stylish self-service locations

As for our vending ranges, special attention was given to Canto Touch, with its innovative touchscreen interface and advanced, customisable functionality; and to Samba Top which, for the occasion, dispensed iced coffee drinks, perfect for the hot Australian summer. Also on the stand were the timeless Concerto and Solista.

Internorga is an event on everyone’s calendar and once again, it welcomed more than 1200 exhibitors and around 95,000 visitors from 60 plus countries. Internorga is and will remain a ‘must-see’ event. It’s an indispensable market place for all concerned in the catering, hotel; baking and confectionery trades.

Here also, Karisma, stole the show, but the new Krea ES/FB, especially redeveloped for the Nordic market, was the subject of intense interest. On top of that, Krea ES was presented as the coffee-to-go solution, Krono’s latest version, with significantly simplified programming, a new water system and a new color – black – also stood out. As did Flexy: at just 12 cm wide, Flexy is perfect for smaller locations and it works with most capsules on the market today.

As if that wasn’t enough ☺, also on show at Internorga were Koro and Korinto fresh milk, 7100 Plus, Easy;Podsy, Canto Touch and Samba Top ETL (electronic tray labels).

???????????????????????

What, you missed the shows? D’oh! Make sure we see you there next time!

(And by the way, Vendexpo was a great success too!)

Ciao for now!
