Venditalia 2016: we’re jumping for joy!

…thanks to a shower of ‘likes’ and an incredible turnout…

‘An evolutionary leap in the vending world.’ This could be our claim at the conclusion of Venditalia 2016.

The all-new N&W stand was a huge hit. The giant LED wall that welcomed visitors with an impressive video, immediately captured their attention and clearly conveyed what we do, in terms of state-of-the-art vending. Subsequently, visitors were guided into display areas with functional modules, which were arranged elegantly and dynamically. Each one was dedicated to the latest products of the different brands of the N&W group: Necta, SGL and Wittenborg. Many brands, but one shared philosophy: top quality innovation.

For Necta, we created a touch area, where visitors could explore the interactive  screens for Opera Touch  and Concerto Touch , whilst enjoying a beverage dispensed via an app on their smartphone!

Canto Touch Dual Cup was our versatile forerunner, with built-in technology that’s capable of handling different sized cups, to offer beverages that vary from Italian espresso to fresh-brew tea, from coffee-to-go to ‘speciality coffees’ – with a choice of syrups!

Our ‘not just food’ products were also a hit, starring Mambo: robust and efficient, with two large display windows where a variety of products can be stored at four different temperatures.

Technology at the forefront

Venditalia was the perfect occasion to present Hi!, our new cashless payment system that reads MiZip keys, tags and other cards, which is designed to gather information and sales statistics that are vital to operators. Maybe that’s why the area with two large show screens was completely sold out?

The Horeca world saw Koro and Korinto Prime as winners in their fresh milk versions, not forgetting the new Kalea machine, which was exhibited in an elegant ‘coffee-to-go’ concept. Karisma, as always, was very popular, especially with managers of high-end hotels. The SGL area was animated by admirers of Fancy, a cute and customizable machine with a wide choice of colourful covers; whereas Wittenborg captured people’s attention with its innovative, user-friendly and highly efficient 9100 touch screen.

It was harder than ever to leave Venditalia behind this year – but more challenges await us around the world! See you soon.
