Gameon: it’s a new year and there’s no rest for the winners! After the holidays, EVOCA Group welcomes 2019 with a more complete offer than ever at SIGEP, the International Trade Show of the Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and Coffee World, from 19 to 23 January in Rimini (Italy).
Now in its 40th year, SIGEP is an exclusive showcase of the latest trends and innovations operators in the 5 supply chains on show need to know about. Not only that, SIGEP is the barometer of the best international deals in raw materials, ingredients, technology and equipment, furnishings and services.

SIGEP is the perfect stage for the relaunch of Gaggia,which was announced at the end of 2018, with La Reale and La Radiosataking centre stage.
These two machines perfectly embody the strengths that distinguish this historic brand from its competitors: the modern design reinterprates that legendary 50’s look. Whilst this reflects the decade in which Gaggia reached the height of its success, the premium positioning and technological innovation in infusion systems speaks of a new beginning. The head-turning design, by Bonetto Design Center, adds a lustre of sensuality to the reliability of the materials and the the machine’s ability to mirror the intense work rhythm of the barista. Also from Gaggia at SIGEP, take a look at the new coffee grinders. With an attractive design and innovative technology, they enable uniformity in grinding that respects the subtlety of the chosen coffee.
And that’s not all…
Necta HoReCa will present Kalea Plus. This semi-automatic machine is a marriage of with cutting-edge technology and Italian espresso heritage, taste and culture. It delivers authentic creamy drinks, using coffee beans and fresh milk, with just the touch of a button, thanks to the patented Z4000 coffee brewer, the self-adjusting grinders; the MPF (Milk PerFoamer) cappuccinato, an intuitive touchscreen interface; customized menus, an integrated module for WiFi and Bluetooth and 3G connectivity. No wonder Kalea Plus is acknowledged as a high performance, top quality coffee machine.
Following a great response in the two previous shows, Saeco will be back at SIGEP 2019 to blow its trumpet in the OCS field with two new gems: a bean to cup, Aulika Evo Top, and a capsule machine with two groups, Dually. Visitors will also get a sneak preview of other versions of the brand new Aulika Evo range: Office, Focus and Black. There will also be all the other Saeco bean models: Phedra Evo and IperAutomatica (with new graphics), the small professional SE 50, Lirika OTC; and with capsules, Area and Onda.

SIRHA 2019 (Lyon, 26-30 January)
